What does each mode do?

If you’re only using your UltraPore to unclog pores, you’re missing out!
Cleaning and Ion+ mode work to pull dirt and debris out of your pores with gentle vibrations and a sweeping action that gathers whats been pulled out on the tip of the spatula.
Ion- mode uses gentle Ultrasonic Vibrations (think a micro-massage for your face) and Ionic Technology to infuse the active ingredients in your favorite serums, moisturizers and masks deeper into your skin.
Lifting mode is a gentle massage you can use a couple times a month for lymphatic drainage.
Will it damage sensitive skin?

No! it was made with sensitive skin in mind, and as long as you use as instructed with moisture appropriately on your face, you will not have any damage to your face whatsoever.
Can I use the UltraPore on active acne?

While UltraPore is safe to use on clogged pores and blackheads, we do not recommend using it on active acne. The device should also not be used on skin with psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, open sores, a rash, a sunburn, or any type of cuts or abrasions.
Will UltraPore enlarge my pores?

No matter what mode you’re using, make sure your fingertips maintain contact with the silver strip (this allows the Ionic Technology to function).
